Broadland Development Services Homes for the Future Main Contractor Framework

Broadland Development Services Limited has awarded a Main Contractor framework for delivering housing development projects across Norfolk and Suffolk to ten contractors for Lot 1 and eight contractors for Lot 2, with a combined estimated value of £150 million. The framework, awarded to ASPEN BUILD (EAST ANGLIA) LIMITED, E.N. SUITER & SONS LIMITED, Fox Construction Eastern Limited, H. SMITH & SONS (HONINGHAM) LIMITED, LOVELL PARTNERSHIPS LIMITED, MARFLEET AND BRADSHAW LIMITED, O. SEAMAN & SON LIMITED, and R.G. CARTER LIMITED, will operate for an initial two years with an option to extend by up to two additional years and facilitate mini-competition call-off contracts for projects focused on place-making, low-carbon operations, and biodiversity. The framework is available to Broadland Housing Association, local authorities in Norfolk and Suffolk, and registered providers where Broadland provides development agency services.
