CWF Lot 1A - Walney Library Electrical & Fabric Works

The Council wishes to procure the following the following work: As part of W&F Councils Planned Maintenance Programme - Corporate Properties, works are required to Walney Library to include: • Attendance for decant / reinstatement of library goods and equipment; • Removal of ACM ceilings and replacement with new suspended ceilings; • Electrical works to include new distribution board, new LED lighting, new power, emergency lighting, fire alarm, security alarm; • Replacement of flat roof covering with new insulated Bauder built up felt system;
