Provision of Consultancy Services in respect of Local Government Reorganisation (Call off from ESPO Framework)

Hertfordshire County Council, along with 10 other Hertfordshire local authorities, has appointed the Service Provider as a strategic partner to support development of the proposals for local government reorganisation. The award of this contract was made under the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) framework agreement for the supply of Consultancy Services (Lot 1a of ESPO Framework Agreement 664-25), provided by Impower Consultancy Limited. There was no publication of a call for competition for the award of this contract because this contract was awarded via a framework which was set up under PCR 2015.
