Overview

Oxfordshire County Council seeked a suitably qualified Construction contractor in the construction of new permanent modular building (including foundations) to replace the existing temporary container type offices to be off-hired. The new offices will be open plan, located in the Deddington Highways Depot, incorporating well designed meeting space, hot desk facilities and disability act compliance, meet planning, building and environmental regulations appertaining to the facility, with particular attention to Part L. Including external lighting Improvements to the current toilet system, which is inadequate, experiencing problems with water pipes freezing during cold weather.
