T0689 2024 ARA Reporting support and Knowledge Transfer - Carbon workstream

Technical support to 2024 ARA carbon reporting and knowledge transfer National Highways' Carbon and Climate Team requires technical support to complete the carbon sections of the 2024 Annual Reporting Accounts, published in July 2025, and to produce the Net Zero Plan 2024 progress report (published July 2025) and to undertake knowledge transfer of models, plans, analysis and data to our new ESD technical support suppliers. The objectives are to produce what is required for the ARA report and Net Zero Plan progress update efficiently and accurately, and to prepare the new supplier to be able to do this efficiently and accurately next year.
