The Authority has a requirement for a bridging contract to ensure continuity of essential services as we migrate to new arrangements. The value of the contract for the 3-year term is £61,250,958 exc VAT. The total contract value including the optional 6-month extension is £71,500,000 exc VAT (the optional extension is subject to further governance and approval).
