CWF Lot 1B - Ormsgill Family Centre - Refurbishment Works

The works include:\r • New lobby layout and external door.\r • Internal refurbishment throughout, including new floor finishes, new toilet cubicles, decoration and minor alterations to walls and doors.\r • Electrical re-wire and lighting refurbishment.\r • Mechanical refurbishment including removal and replacement of heat emitters, new pipework and new boiler system located in the family centre.\r • Disconnection of existing boiler located in adjacent Library.\r • New gas supply to Family Centre.
