Lewisham Council (the Council) invites you to submit a tender for the Levelling Up Fund (LUF) Lewisham Library Refurbishment Works. \r

The Council wishes to procure a Main Contractor who is able to evidence extensive experience of working on high quality and high profile refurbishment projects on joint authority highways and within busy public environments. Bidders must be able to demonstrate a full understanding of the limitations and requirements of such buildings when it comes to undertaking planned refurbishment works.\r

This contract will be procured through a open process as an above threshold procurement in accordance with Public Contract Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR). Please allow sufficient time to make your return, as Tender submissions cannot be uploaded and submitted after this return deadline.\r
