Resource Augmentation - Safety Case

The existing framework under which the resources were supplied has expired, with no provision for extension. The individuals currently engaged are delivering full time equivalent roles that are critical to the effective delivery and continuity of ongoing projects. These roles support essential services for which there is no available internal capability. Replacing the current resource would introduce significant risk, including mobilisation delays, increased costs, and disruption to site activities and project timelines. Continuity of service is therefore required to maintain project progress and delivery outcomes.
