Overview

London and Quadrant Housing Trust is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for valuation services available to itself and other housing associations and public sector entities. The DPS comprises two lots: Lot 1 for Development and Asset Management valuations, and Lot 2 for Commercial valuations, with suppliers able to apply to one or both lots. The system will operate for an 8-year period from January 2023, with orders placed through a restricted procedure following selection questionnaire qualification and individual request for proposal responses.
