Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)

North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the provision of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) across North Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent, with an estimated value of £5 million. The DPS will deliver a full range of CAMHS covering ages 0–25 (primarily 0–18) using face-to-face, digital, and blended delivery modalities, operating on a multi-disciplinary, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach. Qualified organisations will register their areas of expertise and delivery modalities during this open qualification phase, with future service specifications and call-offs to follow as requirements arise over the DPS's five-year term.
