UOS-S00974 - Student Assistance Program

The University of Suffolk has awarded a contract to Health Assured for the provision of student counselling and emotional wellbeing services at its Ipswich campus, serving approximately 3,500 students across undergraduate, postgraduate, apprenticeship, and PhD programmes. The contract, valued at £42,630, commenced on 1 January 2026 and includes mental health support aligned with Student Minds University Mental Health Charter principles. The service replaces the previous provider and is designed to support the university's diverse student population, including those living on and off campus and those in placement settings.
