GB-Liverpool: Evaluation Partner - to Evaluate the Impact that Torus Foundation has across Torus Neighbourhoods and Communities

Torus Foundation commissioned Envoy Partnership Limited to independently evaluate the foundation's impact across its neighbourhoods and communities for the period April 2023 to March 2026, including determining social return on investment and assessing data collection practices. The evaluation partner was also tasked with providing advice on programme performance, key performance indicators, theories of change, and recommendations for investment priorities across the foundation's activities, with the contract running for approximately seven months from 1 June 2026.
