London Borough of Ealing Council has awarded a two-workstream estate management and surveying services contract under the CCS RM6168 Framework. Workstream 1 (Estate Management Services) was awarded to Carter Jonas LLP for £2,975,000 over five years with optional two-year extension, covering property management, landlord and tenant matters, lease administration, and building surveying. Workstream 2 (Residential Surveying Services) was awarded to BNP Paribas Real Estate for £980,000 over the same term, delivering Right to Buy valuations, property valuations, and related surveying services across the borough.
