Overview

Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council are looking to procure a principal contractor to refurbish the Art Gallery and Library. The Project is part of the Capital Regeneration Programme and will involve internal reconfiguration and decoration works along with a small extension and access ramp externally. Internally there will be a new lift and Gallery furniture required. The works will need to be phased allowing a sectional handover of works due to external deadlines e.g. gallery in phase 1, Library Phase 2, etc. The procurement was ran as a mini-competition under North West Construction Hub Framework. This notice covers the award of the JCT PCSA Agreement. Subject to satisfactory agreement of the PCSA and submission of Second Stage tender, the award of the Main Contract will be published in a separate notice.
