Overview

The Supplier will collaborate with HMRC Security SLT, Security SMEs, Business Change, and Communications teams (including third-party partners) to build upon the currently approved Security Operating Model (SOM) design. They will also engage with wider expertise across HMRC Security, including Commercial, Finance, and HR, to support and enhance the implementation of the SOM and the transformational change required. This contract builds on the existing SOM and is intended to deliver several key outcomes that strengthen HMRC's overall security posture. Contract Value: Total maximum contract value: £9,000,000 Initial 24-month term value: £6,000,000 Optional 12-month extension value: £3,000,000
