Overview

Lancashire County Council is establishing an open Approved Provider List (APL) for the supply of care services in supported housing, with an estimated value of £73 million. Providers will be evaluated and appointed to the list, from which the Council and partner NHS bodies will call-off contracts to deliver care and support to service users with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and physical disabilities in supported housing settings. Applicants must be CQC-registered for personal care with a minimum of 2 years' registration and must meet specified financial, insurance, and performance criteria; the APL will remain open for new applications throughout its term.
