Overview

Hertfordshire County Council Children's Services has awarded a framework agreement for the provision of supported accommodation and practice flats for young people aged 16 and over. The framework comprises seven lots covering multi-occupancy accommodation with 24/7 housing management support, single-gender accommodation for separated migrant children, solo and duo placements with varying support ratios, practice flats with step-down programmes, and community-based support services. Eight providers were appointed across the lots: Abiding Limited, Athena Housing & Support Limited, CareTech Community Services Limited, Defining Futures Ltd, MovingUp Care Ltd, One YMCA, Swan Independent Living Ltd, and Urbanland Management Ltd.
