The LMS provides the ability to record compliance training and has a comprehensive reporting functionality.
The LMS is used within the Fund to deliver mandatory/compliance training to ensure we remain legally compliant, support staff to perform their roles and execute their personal development plans through e-learning and to give access to all staff to a portfolio of training sessions and materials.

The content is totally compatible with the LMS platform and will be managed alongside the LMS contract. There is an additional cost for the provision of the content.
