***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCS RM6126 Research & Insights Framework Brief Description of Requirement The ISCF Made Smarter Innovation challenge was a +£300m programme (public and private sector investment) running from 2019-2025. The challenge has been extended by a further year with an additional £19.5M grant funding. An evaluation partner is needed to evaluate the work that is carried out by the challenge, to evidence that the public money spent on running it has made a positive impact and has been a good use of taxpayer's money.
