Mole Valley District Council Affordable Housing Viability Consultancy Services - AWARD

Mole Valley District Council (the Council) invites tenders for the provision of Affordable Housing Viability Consultancy Services as set out in these documents. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on 22nd July 2025 at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years until 21st July 2028, with an option to extend for a further 1-year period subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Council. The Council is procuring this contract following an Open Procedure under the Council's Procurement Code and Contract Standing Orders. The Council will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification.
