Consultancy support with procurement of repairs and maintenance and estates services contractors

Rooftop Housing Association Limited have awarded a call-off contract to Campbell Tickell Limited to provision of consultancy support in the development and execution of the procurement process to procure new repairs and maintenance and estates services contractors. To include regular weekly meetings to manage progress, advice on IT solution, regular monthly meetings once tender documents issued, advice on demobilisation of incumbent contractor, and mobilisation of new contractors. Contract was procured as a direct award under the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation single supplier framework 1141 Managing Consultancy & Professional Services via a Managed Service Provision with Consultancy+ (Contract notice: 2023/S000-002091).
