Overview
The Corporate Landlord & FM Department is reviewing the various Luton Borough Council (LBC) owned buildings, including the above named site at the Cutenhoe Community Learning Park, Luton. It has been identified that the buildings within this site have been constructed previously of Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) components. The Project Design & Delivery Team which also forms part of the Property and Infrastructure, Inclusive Economy Department, has been instructed to review and tender the proposed works to appoint a Main Contractor to carry out construction works to extend the buildings lifespan, so that it can continue to be used for its current purpose.\r
