Dartford Town Centre Regeneration Phase 3A Spital Street Works

The objective of the proposals is to create a high quality public realm that clearly improves the experience for pedestrians and cyclists as well as taking into consideration transport-related requirements including access to and through the town centre by car and bus, location of bus stops, loading movements, parking for residents, town centre visitors and employees. The overarching aim is to improve the town centre's economic prospects so that it can successfully meet the demands and aspirations of the local community.
