Overview
The programme aims to deliver fundamental reforms to imaging and pathology services driving up quality, enabling workforce optimisation, increased productivity and a reduction in regional and local variations that can affect the health outcomes for individuals. The service will provide technical architecture expertise to progress pilot testing with a small number of identified Trusts. This will include the development and analysis of prototype models, testing the assumptions and focusing on the challenging areas in order to provide a deeper understanding of the ease of integration, costs required, any immovable constraints/boundaries and risk. Those deployed to the service must have
rich experience in the deployment of solutions at a national scale and also deep technical expertise in diagnostics and integration such as gateways.
