Overview
In accordance with Regulation, South Tyneside Council (STC) undertakes regular inspections of all fire doors in properties which it manages. There are over 3,700 fire doors which are distributed across a diverse range of stock within the borough of South Tyneside.
We require a suitable Certified Contractor to carry out Fire Door Inspections within its multi-occupancy buildings. To Low, Medium and High-rise buildings located in the borough of South Tyneside.
STC are looking for a sole supplier to deliver the contract.
