DA from the G Cloud 14 FW for the Care Leavers App contract

Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council has awarded a contract valued at £56,000 to THIS IS FOCUS LTD for the Care Leavers App, a digital tool designed to improve communication, access to entitlements, and support for care experienced young people. The procurement was conducted via the G-Cloud 14 framework, and the app features multilingual support (over 100 languages), co-design workshops with local care leavers, wellbeing features developed with partners like The Mix, and integrated apprenticeship feeds from Gov.uk. The app is already adopted by over 40 local authorities across the UK and aligns with national government priorities on digital transformation and outcomes for care leavers in education, training, and employment.
