Expert Witness Reports

South Tyneside Council manages 17,000 domestic properties, and in accordance with Pre-action Protocol for Housing Condition Claims (England) South Tyneside Council (STC) is required to respond to such claims and instruct an Expert Witness to carry out a detailed survey of the defects listed within the claimant's letter of claim. STC require a suitably qualified Contractor to carry out inspection, providing a detailed Expert Witness report and Scott Schedule, which is part 35 compliant in order to be used as evidence at court.
