Overview

City of Wolverhampton Council has a statutory responsibility to ensure that the buildings it occupies and deliver services from are inspected, tested, and regularly maintained in accordance with relevant legislation to reduce the risk of harm to employees and the public. The work being procured is the FM Maintenance services relating to water. The works will cover Legionella monitoring, maintenance, and new planned maintenance works. This was a mini competition via EEM0007 Water Compliance framework. Additional information: There is the option for two 12-month optional extensions
