Office of the Victims' Commissioner (OVC) Victim Survey 2026
- Published
- Published 18 March 2026
- Deadline
- Closed 23 February 2026
Overview
The key elements of the Victims' Commissioner role are to raise awareness of the common issues faced by victims and witnesses, monitor how criminal justice and victim support agencies comply with the Victims' Code and Witness Charter, influence national policy and hold partner agencies to account and speak up about what works best for all victims and witnesses. To fulfil this role, we need to have a strong understanding of victims' and witnesses' experiences of the justice system and externally commissioning an organisation to provide a robust and representative sample of survey responses is necessary to do this.
