Blackpool Council awarded specialist printing services to Critiqom Limited trading as Mail Metrics for £1,250,000 on 12 January 2026. The scope covers annual council tax bills, business rates bills, housing benefit letters, and council tax reduction scheme letters for Blackpool and Fylde Borough Councils, plus daily production of council tax and business rates documents including bills, adjustment notices, reminders, final notices, summonses and recovery documents. The contract was procured through the YPO Framework RM6280 for postal services and solutions.
