Merseyside Waste Disposal Authority (MWDA) is inviting tenders from an experienced media agency to run a behavioural change campaign across the Liverpool City Region (LCR). (Note: LCR includes Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens, and Wirral).
