Overview

Hull City Council is establishing an 8-year dynamic purchasing system (DPS) with optional extensions to procure supported living services and accommodation for vulnerable young people aged 16-25 leaving care and for adults through Adult Social Care. The framework comprises eight lots covering outreach, enhanced outreach, accommodation-based services, emergency assessment, short-term accommodation, group living, and solo living, with providers able to join at any point and compete for individual or block placements via further competitions.
