Woodlands Community Refurb

Quotations were invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the refurbishment of Woodlands Children's Home, Lindley, Huddersfield. HD3 3JB. The work will comprise of fabric changes, floor finishes, kitchen provision and sanitary works. There will be partial re-wire and improvements of lighting and security and minor mechanical alterations, but the majority of the electrical and mechanical work, will be delivered in house.
