Overview

For the continuation and completion of residual tasks related to the 'Swift Refresh Programme'. Additional information: This is a retrospective call off for services provided by the supplier related to WMCAs 'Swift Refresh Programme', designed to update and improve its back-end customer management system and user interfaces (i.e., website and mobile app). This call off enables continuity of service for residual tasks that remained outstanding following the end of a previous contract. All work is due for completion by June 2026 when the SWIFT refresh goes live. The call off was completed via WMCA's Smartcard Framework which was established under PCR 2015 regulations.
