CA18067 - Tender 36/2026 Appointment of ICT for Greenway Route Ballynahinch to Saintfield (BCC Regeneration Framework Lot 1)

Newry, Mourne and Down District Council has awarded a contract for an Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) to design a proposal for a new Greenway Route from Ballynahinch to Saintfield, approximately following the Old Railway Line. The scope of work covers RIBA Stage 2 and 3 services, concept and spatial coordination design, environmental consultant coordination, community consultation, landowner engagement, and planning application submission and monitoring. The contract was awarded under the BCC Regeneration Framework Lot 1 to Collins Rolston Architects Ltd for £94,000.
