Overview
We are inviting expressions of interest to tender to refresh and develop a Business Case as part of:
1. Establishing a permanent Very Light Rail (VLR) passenger service from Buxton Station to Blackwell Mill and the Monsal Trail running on the working freight line between Great Rocks and Buxton. This is required to be presented as if it were a Strategic Outline Business Case (SOBC) in line with the Department for Transport's five-case model. However additional economic modelling is required taking it slightly beyond the scope of a traditional SOBC.
