CAF600-25 Fire health, safety and support & Fire risk assessments

Lot 4\r \r Arcadis will provide competent, practical, and proportionate support to address priority areas requiring improvement. The support will focus on six core themes:\r ⬢ closing out audit findings and establishing a clear evidence-based audit trail of actions taken;\r ⬢ strengthening fire safety assurance processes and documentation standards;\r ⬢ clarifying and formalising responsibilities between Cafcass, landlords, and Facilities Management (FM) providers to remove ambiguity and ensure statutory duties are clear;\r ⬢ improving the quality, consistency, and completeness of risk assessments across the estate;\r ⬢ enhancing contractor management and maintenance compliance, particularly where responsibilities sit with FM providers or landlords; and\r ⬢ providing technical input into the review and update of policies, guidance, workflows, and supporting documentation.
