The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) has appointed a Consulting firm to provide an interim evaluation of the Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) to assess the impact and Value-for-Money (VfM) of the programme to date, as well as collating lessons learnt from the programme to help inform the approach to franchising and the trade-offs involved with future investment in the bus network.
