East Riding of Yorkshire Council is establishing an open Approved Provider List (APL) framework for home care agencies to deliver care packages, operating as a Dynamic Purchasing System from April 2025 to March 2027 with options to extend to March 2029. Suppliers can apply at any time, with applications evaluated annually or when urgent need is identified; this APL is intended as a contingency reserve, with primary delivery through a separate closed framework. The next scheduled application opening is April 2026.
