GMCA1409 - Working Well: Individual Placement & Support in Primary Care (IPSPC)

Greater Manchester Combined Authority procured a lead provider to deliver the Working Well: Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care service for 2,000 Greater Manchester residents from May 2025 to March 2027, with referrals accepted until March 2026. The Growth Company Limited was awarded the contract valued at £7.4 million (comprising £5 million for the initial period and up to £2.4 million for a potential 12-month extension) to deliver employment support using an evidence-based 'place, train, maintain' model in NHS primary and community health settings for both out-of-work and in-work participants with health conditions or disadvantages.
