VOLUNTARY EX ANTE TRANSPARENCY (VEAT) NOTICE Provision of Medical Malpractice and Professional Indemnity Insurance (Care Agency)

HM Government of Gibraltar has awarded a contract to Capurro Insurance & Investments Ltd for provision of Medical Malpractice Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance for the Care Agency, with an estimated total value of £740,000 over an initial two-year term (£370,000 annually). The contract was awarded without prior publication of a further notice under Regulation 32A(2)(a) following separate procurement exercises that received only one tender proposing a combined insurance placement, which the Contracting Authority determined was the most suitable arrangement to ensure uninterrupted essential insurance coverage.
