Overview

The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) wishes to commission a supplier to undertake a series of longitudinal quantitative surveys and qualitative research to indicate the likely outcomes of Pensions Dashboards when they are made available to the public. The main aims of this research will be to understand, for a nationally representative sample of potential dashboard users, the experience of using the pensions dashboard, what initial outcomes they receive, and what they go on to do, if anything, with the information provided by the dashboard. The contract is awarded, following a further competition, as a call-off from RM6126 Research and Insights dynamic purchasing system.
