SCC Independent Alternative Provision Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for children and young people with additional needs and disabilities - Admission Round 4

Surrey County Council has awarded a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for independent alternative provision services to children and young people with additional needs and disabilities to 13 providers across six lots covering tutoring (QTS and non-QTS qualified), specialist teachers, registered therapies, other educational support services, and post-16 support, with an aggregate value of £57.2 million over an initial 4-year period plus optional 2+2 year extensions. The DPS operates on a multiple-provider model with no volume guarantees, and the council will admit new providers twice yearly through a light-touch procurement regime. Services are delivered both online and face-to-face, primarily on a one-to-one basis for children with Education, Health and Care Plans.
