CWF Lot 1B - Refurbishment of Redhills Business Centre, Penrith

The proposed project location is Redhills Business Centre (formerly Rural Enterprise Centre at Redhills) in Penrith, an existing single storey building in a semi-rural location. The property is utilised as conferencing and office accommodation, spread across two wings with a central core. The proposed works have two main elements, full refurbishment of the area previously occupied by a mixture of tenants, replacement/upgrades to existing septic tanks and a decarbonisation scheme across the whole building.
