Overview
The Maritime Digital Platform (MDP) is a set of digital capabilities and technologies that will modernise our customer facing transactional services and business processes for Seafarer Certification, Vessel Survey and Vessel Registration. It will remove inefficient business processes and connect teams in a way that will provide a better, more reliable user experience for staff and will lay the solid foundation needed to deliver a reliable online capability for customers.
This contract includes the development of 4 portals and an IT Managed Service for the entire MDP. The contract value includes an optional 4th extension year.
This opportunity was open to all suppliers under CCS's Technology Services 3, Lot 3d.
