Overview

The City Centre Public Realm Improvement Programme was derived from Council's Connected Places Strategy, approved in 2018. City of Wolverhampton Council is now required to carry out Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) works, for public realm improvements within the city centre. This involves material testing and liaising with the Council's designer for drawing reviews, programming, advising on buildability and undertaking the target cost.
