Managed IT and Cyber Security Service Provider - Pre-Qualification (Stage 1 of 2)

North East Autism Society is conducting the first stage of a two-stage procurement to appoint a Managed Service Provider for IT and cyber security services across approximately 1,300 users at 54 sites. The scope includes an IT service desk, Microsoft 365 support, cyber security monitoring, endpoint management, Azure support, disaster recovery, vulnerability assessments, managed firewalls, and strategic IT consultancy. PQQ submissions are due by 30 October 2026, with shortlisted suppliers advancing to the Invitation to Tender stage.
