Overview

Procurement for Housing is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for the delivery of capital works projects and associated services across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, with an estimated value of £750 million over an initial five-year period with an option to extend for up to five years. The DPS is divided into twelve categories including whole house works, kitchens, bathrooms, heating, electrical, windows and doors, insulation, roofing, cyclical painting, disabled adaptations, skips/waste collection, and scaffolding. Requirements, specifications, delivery models, pricing models, and forms of contract will be defined by PfH Members at the Invitation to Tender stage.
