PSF4 Lot 4A- California Lane - Etterby Street Cycle Route Design

Cumberland Council appointed Pell Frischmann Consultants Ltd to design a LTN1/20 compliant cycling, walking and wheeling route in northern Carlisle from California Road to Etterby Lea Road, including junction optioneering and preliminary design development to RIBA Stage 3 equivalent. The scope involves reviewing and developing high-level concept designs, producing costings, and creating preliminary designs for the Etterby Street/Etterby Lea Road junction connection to National Cycle Network Route 7. The contract was awarded on 22 December 2025 for £49,779.
